Kites Netball Club - VOLUNTEERING

INTERESTED IN GIVING SOMETHING BACK?
Volunteering at Kidlington Kites

We are run and staffed purely by volunteers - and welcome any offers of help.   You don't need to be a netball expert or have previous experience - we will support you to learn what you need to know.

Volunteering is a rewarding experience, not only benefiting the club, but also the individual - developing skills for use at college, university or in the workplace. It's a fantastic way to make new friends, and nothing beats the "feel-good factor" of helping out and giving something to your sport.

Contact us if you feel you can help in any way.

Options for volunteers include
  • Team Managers
  • Umpires
  • Assistant Coaches
  • Administrators

We supply training as appropriate.  Both men and women are welcome as volunteers.  Without support from parents, older members and other volunteers we would not be able to run the sesssions or attend the league matches, so please do consider offering your support.

If you are aged 12 - 25 and volunteering in netball you can now register for the Pass on Your Passion program.  You'll receive receive a volunteer portfolio and logbook and as your hours build up you'll  receive rewards from England Netball.

It's as simple as that!  You have 2 years from the date you became a member to complete your hours and claim your rewards.
