Congratulations to Royal Kites who won the U14 Tournament Cup on Sunday!  There was tough competition, particularly from Trinity and Abbey but Royal Kites got a well deserved victory.

We had a record four teams in the tournament,  and for several new members this was a first taster of the league competition to come.  Given that all the teams were new combinations, we were pleased that every team managed a win or some draws and we noted that the play got better as the day went on, with players learning to work together more effectively. 

As well as the Royal Kites victory we also got to celebrate successes from the Pre- and Post-Christmas leagues:

Diamond Kites - runners up Div 3 pre-Christmas, winners Div 3 post Christmas, and overall winners of Div 3 when scores were combined!
